As an increasing number of organizations engage in the process of internationalization, there is a growing need to educate managers and future managers on the strategic decisions involved in going international, and the resultant impact on human resource management practices. This experiential exercise for students in international management classes demonstrates three major issues in the evolution of the multinational enterprise: geographic scope, choices for entry, and global mindset.
